changed the visuals and load conditions of the backgrond fillers lightning bolt and chain lightning depending on the instance type you are in; automatic detection of multiple enemies are injured and thus promping chain lightning rather than lightning bolt. other small changes, tweaks and hotfixes.

added multi target healing spells to calculate how many party or raid members are injured and will automatically hide when not enough friendly members are injured.
