edited shield of the righteous to always safe 1 charge no matter what to be used at players discretion. also added SotR visual purple border to main rotation to indicate to the player that active mittigation is effectively up. edited concentrated flame; this ability is now higher up the dynamic rotational priority and takes into account rank 3 of this major essence; it will properly delay if a flame is already in flight or actively burning on the target at rank3.

this specialisation is now fully compatible with the changes of patch 8.3 which will be released on January 14th. The new essences are incorporated and the keybinding detection functionality is now applied to all major essences equipped for an optimal gaming experience. lay on hands and divine shield are not hidden untill deemed necessary accoring to your hp status.
