added multi target tracking around you and appropriately swaps to divine storm when 2 or 3 enemies are around you depending on the talents you have.

Script has been tweaked regarding Justitcars Vengeance talent. Script has now been edited to be all language compatible and contains high performance gcd tracker which reduced the script memory usage by 50-60%. All latest developments have been rechecked and compatible with all legendaries. All talents compatible except executioners sentence is this talent falls behind.
