RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. Since our products concern digital products refunds are only issued in rare cases such as accidental double purchases initiated by the customer, script malfunction or version incompatibility with the current live version of WoW. Multiple free versions exsist which give a great idea about the functionality of our products with limited in game talent and ability support.
WoW Doc attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, WoW Doc does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any WoW Doc Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by WoW Doc itself is not as described and illustrated in our illustrational videos a refund is possible, under the terms that the script is malfunctioning or version is incompatible.
PRICING & SUBSCRIPTIONS
“3 months of updates” means the digital product is a one time purchase which comes with 3 months of updates to that specific purchase starting from the purchase date.
“continuous updates” means the digital product is a recurring purchase, which is billed quaterly (every 3 months) via PayPal or Stripe. With every renewal your updates are extended by 3 months.
Your subscription (AKA recurring purchases, AKA continuous updates) is cancable at any given moment by the customer or by WoW Doc. You are able to manage or cancel your subscription instantly via your personal page. You are also able to manage or cancel your subscription by mailing us directly via the contact page. The date and time that you send your email will be the timeslot that is taken into account for canceling your subscription and a refund of your renewal is possible if your request to cancel had been send prior to the renewal time.
We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.
