We often see questions about this legendary’s effect on the Arcane rotation in the Mage Discord, Altered Time. The answer is it doesn’t change the rotation at all, aside from in execute (sub-35%) during the Conserve phase, when you should always cast 4 x 
Arcane Blast (
Arcane Explosion in AoE) followed by 1 x 
Arcane Barrage.

updated the dynamic priority of concentrated flame and reaping flames. these abilities are now in both the conservative phase as the burn phase. reaping flames is no longer allocated at the side but incorporated in the main rotation. The visability of the conservative phase rotation has been spaced a bit to the left to enhance generla visibility field. other small tweaks have been made aswell.

this specialisation is now fully compatible with the changes of patch 8.3 which will be released on January 14th. The new essences are incorporated and the keybinding detection functionality is now applied to all major essences equipped for an optimal gaming experience.
