moved the fireblast to the side, since its also used seperate to the standard GCD. this will make it more obvious that it can be used seperately from your rotation. (promting at the right times ofcourse.)

Changed the synergy between RoP and Meteor as it was not synergizing correctly when talented together, it now adeqiuately cross communicates.
added the cooldowns towards the multi target to be more user friendly and less confiusing. changed transparacy of blaster master. made the keybindings smaller for players with mouse keybindings.
