What Personal Information About Customers Does WoW Doc Collect?

- Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you provide in relation to WoW Doc Services. Information you are able to give us are (self registered:) Name, surname, email address and possible user account preference data such as nickname, website, and own written biographic information. - At account registration you will choose your own password or receive an automated generated password per mail. These password are encrypted and stored on our servers. Nobody holds the decryption key to unlock these password. Password recovery is possible via the original e-mail address. A manual password reset is possible by contacting our support team, but they are only able to reset it not recover it as it is encrypted.
- Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources. These sources are the payment processors Paypal and Stripe. These are payment specific related details and comply to the terms of service of these major payment processors worldwide. We do thus not store or have access to your credit card and personal information data as this is accessed and stored by PayPal, Inc. (US) and Stripe, Inc. (US).
For What Purposes Does WoW Doc Use Your Personal Information?
We use your personal information to operate, provide, develop, and improve the products and services that we offer our customers. These purposes include:
- Purchase and delivery of products and services. We use your personal information to take and handle orders, deliver products and services, process payments, and communicate with you about orders, products and services, and promotional offers.
- Provide, troubleshoot, and improve WoW Doc Services. We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of the WoW Doc Services.
- Recommendations and personalization. We use your personal information to recommend features, products, and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with WoW Doc Services.

We may also use scoring methods to assess and manage credit risks; This is done for us by our payment processors such as Paypal, Inc. (US) or Stripe, Inc. (US).
What About Cookies and Other Identifiers?
To enable our systems to recognize your browser or device and to provide and improve WoW Doc Services, we use cookies. These cookies contains user login credentials en shopping cart information and these cookies are stored on the customers own device.
Does WoW Doc Share Your Personal Information?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling our customers’ personal information to others. We share customers’ personal information only as described below. WoW Doc controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Currently only 2 partners service providers exist: PayPal and Stripe, which both are payment processors. Only information regarding your transaction will be cross communicated between WoW Doc and these service providers such as payment status, name, email and address. The payment processor provider is the only party which processes and stores the credit cards and bank details.
Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when personal information about you might be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
We do not seek to expand our business in such way that personal data will be shared in any way. Our goal is to remain small and very specific in the service we provide and to store as little information as possible.
How Secure Is Information About Me?
We design our systems with your security and privacy in mind.
- We work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software. (HTTPS, specific encryption protocols)
- We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card data.
- We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of personal customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you (e.g. ask you to mail from the email address registered to your account and or ask for a name or day of birth to verify your identity).

Only a select few official WoW Doc associated community members have access to the interface to manage to allocated script to a specific name or e-mail address. No other data are accessible for these members.
- It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computers, devices, and applications. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
- We use an official and experienced web hosting company to keep our website live with maximum uptime. This web hosting company makes used of secured servers and keeps their service up to date with the latest security measurements.
What About Advertising?
- We like it simple so do you, we do not use any advertisement on our website. We like to keep it clean and straightforward and we love to maintain this community with as little as we can spare.
What Information Can I Access?
You can access your own provided information, including your name, address, payment options, profile information, and purchase history in the “Your WoW Doc Account” section of the website.
What Choices Do I Have?
If you have any questions as to how we collect and use your personal information, please contact our Customer Service. Many of our WoW Doc Services also include settings that provide you with options as to how your information is being used.
- As described above, you can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of some of the WoW Doc Services.
- You can add or update certain information on pages such as those referenced in what information can I access? When you update information, the prior information is unfortunately lost, overwritten and thus irretrievable.
- We do only send e-mails after purchase, which are considered receipt including direct access download links. No other mails will be send to your address, unless there is a major flaw in a product to which you are entitled or when you sign up for the update notification email list.
- The Help feature on most browsers and devices will tell you how to prevent your browser or device from accepting new cookies or other identifiers, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to block cookies altogether. Because cookies and identifiers allow you to take advantage of some essential features of WoW Doc Services, we recommend that you leave them turned on. For instance, if you block or otherwise reject our cookies, you will likely not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any Services that require you to Sign in.
- If you want to browse our websites without linking the browsing history to your account, you may do so by logging out of your account and blocking cookies on your browser.

Are Children Allowed to Use WoW Doc Services?
WoW Doc does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use WoW Doc Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian. Payment options are only accessible for adults.
